Please allow us 1-2 calendar days for order processing, packaging and collection of your order, regardless of the delivery destination and / or shipping method.

Local Deliveries

We offer local delivery to areas of following postcodes: 3182, 3183, 3184, 3185, 3186, 3187, 3188, 3189, 3190, 3191, 3192, 3193, 3194.

If the delivery address is in one of these neighbourhoods, we will bring your purchased item to you with our own vehicles and there won't be any tracking information necessary. You should consider a delivery duration of 24 hours after you place your order. We will communicate with you to make an appointment for the exact delivery time at your best convenience before we show.

Domestic Deliveries

We offer free shipping Australia wide.

All items purchased within Australia will be shipped by our contracted carriers. You should consider a delivery duration of up to another 3-5 business days after pick-up for a delivery nationwide. Once your package is collected by the carrier you will receive an email notification that contains the carrier and tracking information.

International Deliveries

All international deliveries will be shipped by our contracted carriers and delivery costs will be calculated at checkout in accordance to their delivery rates. All customs and examination procedures are to be completed and costs that may be due at the target country are to be paid by the recipient. The delivery duration would differ depending on the target delivery country; the estimated delivery date information will be available at the tracking link that will be provided to you. Once your package is collected by the carrier you will receive an email notification that contains the carrier and tracking information.
