Listed Rugs
Please note that when purchasing from Pattern Me Wild a rug that is listed online you are exclusively purchasing a rug that is possibly pre-owned by several users, hence vintage or antique by nature, or a rug that has been processed to enhance it's vintage / antique look. Vintage and antique rugs are likely to be flawed by being worn in nature or by having inconsistent / faded colours or both at the same time. Those flaws should not be taken as defects as they not only give each rug its character and unique feel, but also make them even more saught after. When you decide to buy a rug from our store you acknowledge and accept these flaws (in fact this is what you have been after, isn't it?). Therefore, our rugs are not subject to a refund claim for any kind of "defect".
We will however, accept returns if you have a change of heart, or if your purchase just doesn't feel right for you or doesn't fit your place. At the end of the day, you are buying a rug worth maybe thousands of dolars and we want you to be happy with it. Should that be the case, simply contact us by email at info@patternmewild.com within 3 days of the delivery, and ship the item back to us within 4 days of your notification. Please bare in mind that we won't accept any return after 7 days of delivery. To accept a returned rug it must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. Returns are paid less the original cost of shipping, and buyer pays for return shipment.
We always clearly indicate the condition of our products and list them with high resolution photos that get magnified on hover which allows you to understand the texture and condition of the item. Should you require more information and / or images to decide if your intended purchase is really something for you, just let us know and we will gladly provide those.
Custom Sourced Rugs
Rugs that are custom sourced in accordance to your specific demands are non-refundable, unless you doubtlessly determine that we have not delivered the item to you in the condition that was mutually agreed.
Should you detect that we have not delivered your purchase in agreed condition, simply contact us by email at info@patternmewild.com within 3 days of the delivery. We will then examine your claim to decide wheyher or not your claim is rightful. In the case of a rightful claim we will try and fix the discrepancy within a reasonable period of time on our costs. Should that be not possible, we will refund you your payment in full.
